Shipping of your package
Packages are usually shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment. They are sent by post or Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered without signature or via Mondial Relay in the chosen relay point. Packages can also be shipped via Colissimo and delivered against signature This delivery method incurs additional costs. For the delivery mode with tracking, we send you a link to track your package online.
The shipping costs include the preparation and packing costs as well as the shipping costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We can not combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
